Bartlett House

The new home is located on a hillside site that affords sweeping spectacular views of the Mount Washington Valley. One of the main features is a beautiful timber-framed octagonal sitting room which anchors the corner of the house. This is balanced by a similarly styled screen porch at the opposite corner of the house connected by exterior living space. The main level of the home includes an open and inviting kitchen, living room, and dining room, with rejuvenated wood plank flooring and heavy timbered beam ceilings. The second floor is open to the living spaces below with 3 bedrooms connected by a shared gathering loft. The lower level of the home includes a stone veneered wine cellar, open game room, and office space. The exterior finishes are a blend of live-edge siding, shingles, wood timbers, stone, with high-lighted metal roofed elements.
